About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience who's hungry to grow inside a fast-moving brand. You'll work on creative that ships daily — curations, deals, banners, and campaign assets — as part of our Revenue/Growth team, working closely with senior designers, marketing, and product. This is a high-volume, high-learning role: you'll see your work go live within days, sometimes hours.
Your Responsibilities
- Design daily creatives for in-app, social, and CRM campaigns (banners, curations, deal assets, push/comms visuals)
- Execute within POP's brand system while bringing fresh ideas to recurring formats
- Take direction and feedback from senior designers and iterate quickly
- Prepare clean, organized, handoff-ready files across multiple sizes and placements
- Manage multiple small projects at once and deliver on tight daily timelines
Your Skills
- A portfolio showing strong fundamentals — colour, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Comfort with (or curiosity about) AI image tools as part of a modern design workflow
- Bonus: motion graphics, video editing, or copywriting instincts
- Attitude over polish: we'd rather teach craft to someone fast, curious, and detail-obsessed
