Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst (CA Qualified) to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making.
This role will work closely with the finance leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, track key business metrics, and provide insights that help drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Analysis & Reporting (Primary KRA)
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS, financial reports, and variance analysis
- Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability trends across business units
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Assist in preparing management dashboards and performance reports
2. Financial Planning & Budgeting (Primary KRA)
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Track budget vs actual performance and highlight key variances
- Build financial models to support business planning and growth initiatives
- Assist leadership with data-driven financial insights

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
- Quality of financial insights supporting business decisions

- Improvement in financial tracking and reporting efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 0–1 year of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to financial modelling
- Experience with ERP systems or financial tools
- Experience in startup / fintech / e-commerce environments
