Key Responsibilities
- Own the full UX lifecycle for acquisition, activation, retention, and winback.
- Run rapid concept-to-prototype cycles optimized for visual craft and speed of learning.
- Build scalable patterns for growth surfaces — nudges, tooltips, and engagement components — within the design system.
- Partner with Data, Product, and Marketing to shape experiment briefs and interpret results.
- Translate growth metrics such as activation rate, D7/D30 retention, conversion, and cross-sell into clear UX problems worth solving.
- Bring rigor to A/B test design with clear variants, measurable hypotheses, and actionable outcomes.
- Own design sprint planning, prioritization, review cadences, and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Commerce Design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing commerce, checkout, and product discovery experiences.
- Expertise in UX strategy, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Strong understanding of user psychology and e-commerce behavior patterns.
- Experience working with scalable design systems.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
