Key Responsibilities
- Manage transaction reconciliations, settlements, payouts, and ledger validations.
- Perform bank, wallet, and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Resolve settlement discrepancies and operational exceptions.
- Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, financial controls, and regulatory standards.
- Improve operational workflows and drive process automation initiatives.
- Assist with vendor payments, expense reconciliations, and financial tracking.
- Recommend scalable process improvements to strengthen finance operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Finance Operations or FinOps roles.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, payments, or startup environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
